This painting was created on the plein-air 31.03.2021.

It was an extraordinary day for March in the Netherlands. It was very hot and sunny, people were wearing shorts and sitting in parks with picnic baskets.

I decided to cycle to Westerpark, which is famous for its blossom trees. The landscapes are fantastic there. I felt like I am a character from Miyazaki's cartoons.
